The White Horse carving in Heeley Millennium Park will be getting it's annual lick of paint of Monday 28th May. Volunteers are needed to help out in the morning with the painting and then in the afternoon there will a session working alongside the HMP Maintenance Team. Everybody welcome to come along to either session (or both!)

The next phase of improvements to Heeley Millennium Park will include the design and installation of additional climbing boulders in the Park.
There is a session on Monday afternoon/evening where you can come and get involved in helping to design the new boulders and to decide where they will be located. Heeley Development Trust has secured funding to construct the boulders so the designs will be implemented over the next few months.
The session runs from 3.30 - 6.30pm but you can drop in at any point during the 3 hours.

A fun day for all the family to celebrate the start of improvements to the Millennium Park. Come and join the Park Maintenance Team, Sheffield City Councils Community Forester and Tinsley Tree Project in planting dozens of new trees in the Park. Recycle Rides Instructors will also be on hand to guide people around the new mountain bike trail and BMX pump track - Everybody welcome, hope to see you there!
