Not Shore this weekend and next!
We’re going to be taking parts of our Not Shore obstacle course, some bikes and cones and rope to play games on Heeley Millenium Park this Saturday. It’s part of Heeley Festival, running 12pm onwards this Saturday. As well as ReCycle, there’ll be lots of organisations there, loads of entertainment and some sunny weather! For more details, check it out: here
On Sunday, we’re going to the CTC’s National Cycle Rally in York. It’s the biggest cycling event in Britain, so we’re really glad to be asked to go. For details on the event, try here Entry is free, and it’s set to be a great day.
Next weekend, on Sunday 27th June, we’ll be in Meersbrook Park, with the Not Shore again as part of Meersbrook Park’s Sports Day. Before that, on the 26th June, it’s the last saturday of June, so that means Last Saturday BMX club! We’ll be in the Skate bowl and on the courts from 1pm while 3pm. As usual, just turn up, we can sort you out with a bike and helmet and we’ll have great fun on bikes for a couple of hours.
Our blog is still being updated – check it out here: www.recyclerides.blogspot.com info about our upcoming events, and some of your pictures. If you’ve got any more pics, send them to me!
Hope to see you soon. Ed Astill — If you need any info, please give us a ring 0114 2500 613 or email bmx@heeleydevtrust.com
