We are working with Heeley Development Trust on the exciting plans for the redevelopment of the old Ann’s Grove School in Heeley.

This is a fantastic Grade II listed site containing three main buildings – One will be an Events/Community Hall with Meeting Rooms and Crèche; one will house Studios and Rehearsal Hall for Artists & Makers; and the largest building is being designed to provide a very special small business workspace scheme – all planned to be highly sustainable, set in a series of green spaces and courtyards and fronting onto Heeley’s wonderful Millennium Park. We aim to have space available from 2011 onwards.

SURVEY  We are now working on the detailed planning of the buildings and would like to know if you would be interested in moving your activity or business into Ann’s Grove in the future.

If so, please click on the link below to complete a short list of questions. It will take less than a minute and includes the option to sign up to meet with us to show you the site and explain the plans in more detail.
