Meersbrook Park Users Trust and Sheffield City Council have produced a questionnaire to begin to gather information on what local residents and users believe are the priorities for the Park in the future.
It is a short (6 questions), simple questionnaire that will inform how future funding should be spent. The plan is to have an open meeting in the new year to discuss the results and options.
There is a PDF version of the form below that can be printed off and dropped into the Council office reception in Meersbrook Park.
