Agewell Groups
We support around 100 Groups city-wide providing activities such as: Visiting Speakers, Games, Trips, Gentle Exercise, Reminiscence, Arts & Crafts, Yoga, Dancing, Walking and much more.

Lunch Clubs
We support around 200 Lunch Clubs city-wide providing a hot meal on a regular basis and the chance for older people to socialise.  Transport is often available.

Referral Scheme
GPs, Health Professionals or relatives can all refer clients to Agewell where they will be given the opportunity to join one of our groups.

Pathways Project
We operate Agewell Groups within the Northern General and Royal Hallamshire Hospitals, and Beech Hill Rehab Unit (for older people due for discharge).  We can then find clients a suitable group near their home once discharged.

First Point of Contact
Agewell in Sheffield, in partnership with NHS Community Intermediate Care Service (CICS), launched the First Point of Contact Service on 14th February 2011.  Agewell receive referrals from the CICS Team and organise services provided by Third Sector Organisations such as for befriending, handyperson services, Lunch Clubs/ Agewell Groups and much more.

Garden & Security Project
Our Garden & Security Project provides Gardeners who can maintain front gardens in an attempt to reduce doorstep crime and bogus callers.

Volunteers
All our activities and services provide opportunities for volunteering and full training and support is provided.
