Magic Lantern returns to light up Ash Tree Yard

This weekend (Sunday 2nd September) see’s the return of  the Magic Lantern Film Club ‘Summers End Soiree’ at Recycle Bikes yard on Thirlwell Road, Heeley

This years outdoor film screening will be Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid – there will be ‘Cowboy Beans and Tortillas’ to eat, hot drinks and Abundance are hoping to be selling freshly pressed apple and pear juice.

There will also be a round of ‘Shotgun Bike Derby’ – have a look at this video of the ‘Shopping Bike Yard Racing World Championships’ Final at last years screening to see what might be involved!

It’s free entry on the night but you will need to be a member of Magic Lantern Film Club to watch the film. If you’re not a member already you can either sign up before or when you arrive (membership is free)
