First Friday Folk @ Heeley Institute – 3rd Jan 2014 – 8pm onwards

After the wonderful launch event in October, there’s now a range of First Fridays to choose from this year, starting this week on Friday January 3rd!

If you haven’t been before this is bit of a deviation from the usual format. There are occasional special guest nights but most evenings are singers/musicians nights and all are welcome to perform or listen – the event is also open to all ages, which provides the opportunity for younger performers to air their talents. Those that came along to the launch night were of a very high caliber indeed. A really friendly evening.
