John Spiers, founder member of Bellowhead and a melodeon and concertina player with a passion for traditional music, appears at The Heeley Institute next week as part of The Talking Gigs programme.
Talking Gigs is a live experience which gives the audience the chance to hear top artists play and talk about their music, instruments and culture.
John will perform a mixture of traditional material and his own compositions … and there will be an opportunity to ask questions about his solo work, or his time with Bellowhead.
