The Friends of Meersbrook Hall, Heeley Development Trust and RUSKIN-in-SHEFFIELD are opening the doors of Meersbrook Hall as part of the Sheffield Heritage Open Days weekend.
Local professional artists and craftspeople will show their work at a Makers Fair and offer hands-on activity as part of a day celebrating the cultural heritage and future of Meersbrook Hall and park.
Guided tours of the Hall at 12.30, 1.30 & 3.30pm (sign up on the day) and displays about Meersbrook Hall from 1890 – 1953 when it was home to the Ruskin Museum.
Activities in the walled garden (inc painting with street artist Faunagraphic) and tours led by Kaktus Leach at 2 & 3pm (just turn up). Refreshments.
