Exhibition @ Bishops House Museum – Sat 5/Sun 6 October – 12 to 4pm

Sheffield, from Derbyshire Lane circa 1797 by Joseph Mallord William Turner 1775-1851On Sunday 6 October, Judges present the prize for their favorite artwork of ‘A current view of Sheffield from the top of Meersbrook Park’ (inspired by ‘View of Sheffield from Derbyshire Lane’ by JMWTurner). The presentation takes place at the Meersbrook Park Walled Garden during the Apple Day festivities.

All the entries for this exhibition will be displayed at Bishops House Museum on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October 12-4pm.

The winner will be decided by two local artists, James Green and Peter York. and there will also be a public’s choice of winner.
