A new and regular Carboot sale is being established in the Sheffield Antiques Quarter with the aim to help the locals of Nether Edge, Sharrow, Heeley and the Abbeydale Corridor to off-load themselves of hoarded items and so clear the dust from their attics.
Local social enterprise The Monocle Magpie CIC, has started the ‘Pedlars Corner Carboot Sale’ which will be located at the Abbeydale Picture House.
The carboot will be traditional in style with only secondhand items on sale and will be held on the 1st Sunday of the month from April-Oct (11-4pm).
The first event is on Sunday 6th April and traders can book via sheffieldantiquesquarter@mail.com or by downloading a booking form at www.sheffieldantiquesquarter.co.uk – booking is essential to reserve a plot.
