South Community Assembly – ‘You Choose’ funding events

You Choose 

Would you like the opportunity to decide how the Council should spend money in your neighbourhood? The South Community Assembly would like to give residents the opportunity to come along and vote on which projects they would like to see receive funding. 
 
There is one event per ward.  However we welcome residents to attend any of the events to vote as long as you live in the South area. 
 
Wednesday 15th September 2010
6pm –7pm
Woodseats Methodist Church, Holmhirst Road, S8 0GU
(Winners will be announced at 7.30pm)
 
Tuesday 21st September 2010
6pm –7pm
Common Ground (St Peter’s) Machon Bank, S7 1GR
(Winners will be announced at 7.30pm)
 
Saturday 25th September 2010
11am –12pm
Batemoor & Jordanthorpe Community Centre, 450 Dyche Lane, S8 8BT
(Winners will be announced at 12.30pm)
 
Saturday 9th October 2010
11am –12pm
Newfield Green Community Centre, Gleadless Road, S2 2BT
(Winners will be announced at 12.30pm)
 
Voting is for residents only!
