Architect's impression of the refurbished Spencer Block
Heeley Development Trust have now received a final draft of the lease we need to take on the site to begin work to restore the Spencer Block. If all goes according to plan we should be able to start work this Autumn.
We will be organising some meetings and events to let people find out more. We don’t have dates yet but will announce these via the local Notice Boards (like Heeley Green), on the website: http://annsgrovecommunityhub.wordpress.com/ and we will drop some flyers out to neighbours and to parents of children at the new school. So…watch this space – and wish us luck!
